Greetings Everyone!
Two things are in the forefront of my mind just now. Graduation (shout out to all the 2009 graduates out there!) and just living life. I was listening to Mary Mary's cd and the song "Get Up" came on. In case you don't know it, the song talks about getting up and doing what you have to do (and what God would have you do). It reminds us to keep in mind who we are, but more importantly whose we are. It says: what are you afraid of/don't you know what you're made of/one of God's greatest creations...
The entire song's lyrics are posted below. But basically in the midst of graduations and life in general...don't be afraid of where God is taking you. And have faith that He is the one taking you there. Don't let life lead you because it can lead you down all sorts of roads..if you find yourself somewhere you shouldn't be, cry out to Him,let Him direct your paths, order your steps. We are all here for a purpose. Find out what yours is, remember you're His creation..He loves you dearly...don't be scared, He made you, He put it in you. Pray, Trust Him, and GET UP!!!
